Reynolds will look at the history of policing, especially over the last 150 years, through the prism of astrology. Can astrology warn and inform of the banes and blessings of policing? Do the planets reveal larger trends at work than our concerns about policing? In this 75 minute talk, Reynolds will tackle these questions, drawing on his 29 years of astrological study and the history of policing.
